  1. Delivery Policy

    At LaitusNeo Technologies, we are committed to ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products and services.

    • Digital Products & Services

      • For software solutions, licenses, or digital services, delivery will be completed electronically via email, secured portals, or direct activation within the committed timeframe (typically within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise specified).

      • Customers will receive confirmation of delivery, including relevant access credentials, documentation, and support details.

    • Physical Products (if applicable)

      • Hardware or physical products will be dispatched through reliable logistics partners.

      • Delivery timelines will vary depending on the shipping address and availability of stock, usually ranging between 5–10 business days.

      • Tracking information will be shared with the customer once the order has been shipped.

    • Delays

      • While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances (such as supply chain issues, regulatory approvals, or technical dependencies) may cause delays. Customers will be notified promptly in such cases.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Digital Products & Services

    • Orders for digital products or licenses cannot be canceled once the license key, activation details, or digital file has been delivered, as these are considered irrevocable deliveries.

    • Service subscriptions can be canceled prior to renewal. Customers are requested to provide at least 7 days’ notice before the renewal date.

  • Physical Products (if applicable)

    • Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

    • For prepaid orders canceled prior to dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

3. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility

    • Refunds will be considered only in the following scenarios:

      • The delivered product/service is defective, damaged, or not as described.

      • Technical issues prevent the activation or usage of the purchased digital service, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

      • Cancellations made within the eligible period (as defined above).

  • Non-Refundable Items

    • Activated software licenses, customized solutions, and services already rendered are non-refundable.

    • Trial or demo versions are provided (where applicable) to help customers evaluate before purchase.

  • Refund Timeline

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original mode of payment.

    • Any payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted, where applicable.
