Subscription Services / SaaS Products (if applicable): Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Refunds will only be provided if cancellation is requested within 7 days of the initial purchase. After this period, no refunds will be processed.
Training / Consultation Fees: These are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled or delivered.
Exceptional Cases: Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payments or proven billing errors.
